Questions, answered
Which versions of Dynamics 365 does ChartQi work with?
ChartQi connects to Dynamics 365 online (Dataverse) environments, including Sales, Customer Service and custom model-driven apps. It reads the tables and fields your environment actually has, custom ones included.
What is an AI credit?
AI credits pay for the AI agent's work when it builds or edits a chart. Your balance is shown in the app, and every request is logged so you can see where credits went. The free trial includes 5 credits and Creator includes 5 per user each month.
Do I need Direct Deploy?
No. Without it you can still build, preview and version dashboards in ChartQi. Direct Deploy adds one-step installation into a connected environment as an unmanaged solution, and tracks which version is deployed.
How is Direct Deploy billed?
Direct Deploy is a yearly subscription per environment slot, on top of Creator. You can change the slot's connection to another Dynamics 365 instance, but a purchased subscription can't be moved to a different slot.
Is my Dynamics data stored by ChartQi?
ChartQi queries your environment to build and render charts, using the permissions of the connection you set up. Dashboards are saved as definitions, so deployed charts read live data from Dynamics rather than a copy.
Can my team work together?
Yes. Invite colleagues to your organisation, share environments and chats, and gift unused AI credits to a teammate who needs them.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your environments and dashboards stay put. Subscribe to Creator to keep using AI chart building. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
